Role of physiotherapistThe physiotherapist will assess the stroke survivor and plan an appropriate programme to aid the recovery of normal movements. The assessment process is ongoing. Short and long term goals are discussed with the stroke survivor throughout rehabilitation, taking into account previous lifestyles and home environment.
