For 30 years, NASAM has been helping stroke survivors across Malaysia rediscover their strength, confidence and independence.

Since 1996, we have stood beside thousands of stroke survivors and their families, providing rehabilitation, support and hope through every stage of recovery. What began as a single centre has grown into a nationwide network dedicated to proving one powerful message:

There is Life After Stroke.

Over the past three decades, we have witnessed remarkable journeys of courage and resilience — survivors taking their first steps again, speaking their first words after stroke, returning to their communities and reclaiming their lives.

As we celebrate this milestone, we honour every survivor, caregiver, volunteer, therapist, donor, partner and supporter who has been part of our journey.

But our work is far from over.

Together, we can ensure that more stroke survivors throughout Malaysia have access to rehabilitation, support and the opportunity to turn “I Can’t” into “I Can”.
